A.P.P.L.E. Presentation - February 5th

A.P.P.L.E.'s goal is to empower students, families, and OPRFHS staff and administrators with knowledge that we can all use in educating our students, and to educate our parents and the community. When we have knowledge and understanding the lines of communication become clearer.
On Tuesday, February 5th A.P.P.L.E. has invited two educators to attend our monthly meeting, which will be held in OPRFHS Staff Cafeteria @ 6:30 PM: They Are
- Tom Rosene, Principal Consultant for "ISBE" from Springfield, IL: " The Regular, Honors, and AP Students.
- Merle Siefken, Director of Illinois Statewide Technical Assistance center for Parents: "The Special Education Students"
Both presenters will provide informative material. They will present information on developing partnerships between the school and parents and how parents can collectively create mentoring programs and work together as a group and get involved with the school and their children.
Teachers, counselors, deans, administrators, parents and community please come out and support this program and our kids.
